The Growlers- I really dig this band. If Jim Hawkins (Treasure Planet - Protag) had a playlist for when he was taking his space windsurfer out for a spin this band would be on it. Classic cali beach guitar with a spacey twister. The vocals real mesh well with the sound. This band jams

Donny Electric- Off the wall, upbeat and new artist that keeps popping up in my spotify algorithm. Not a ton of songs right now but could be an artist to watch out for. “Pick up” with Ocean Heights is an hit if I’ve ever heard one.

Amyl and The Sniffers - Still on my obscure international punk kick here, but this band is fucking awesome. They were booked for a few appearances on the Weezer and Green Day tour over this past summer. The only thing that kicks ass more than their name is their sound. should have known Australian punk wouldn’t fuck around

EARTHGANG: I’ve have been fucking with earthgang quite a bit this week. Velvet vibes makes the listening easy. Mirrorland is a masterpiece. Thugger and T-Pain features, yes thank you. I could listen to “Stuck” all day that song hits like Ron Artest 9 rows into the stands.

Green Day- yah yah fuck off Green Day is good. Don’t be embarrassed you liked American Idiot back in the day. Its always easy to make fun of Green Day. But that put together some good albums. I took a deep dive into Nimrod the other day. Always a fun time. Good Riddance had me all in my feelings during 8th grade graduation dance. Dookie is a classic, I wish my mom would have let me buy it on cassette when I was 2, but retroactively obsessing at 26 will have to do.
